We are currently recruiting for a skilled and passionate Artisan Baker to join a growing and dynamic bakery team in the Lincoln area. - Follow established recipes while maintaining high quality and consistency
- Ensure all work areas meet food safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bakery and equipment
- Assist in training junior team members where required
- Carry out quality checks on finished products

Proven experience as an Artisan Baker
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines

Flexible approach to working hours
Full-Time: Monday night to Saturday morning (22:00 starts)
Part-Time: Monday night into Tuesday morning, Thursday night into Friday morning, Friday night into Saturday morning
Minimum 2 shifts per week required
