Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Line Leader to join our production team in Flixborough.
About the Role
As a Line Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of the production line, ensuring quality standards, productivity targets, and health and safety requirements are consistently achieved. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing or production experience who is looking to progress into a leadership role within a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting a team of production operatives.
- Monitoring production line performance and output.
- Ensuring products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Assisting with machine operation and production processes.
- Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed.
- Reporting production issues and escalating where required.
- Supporting training and development of team members.
