We are currently recruiting for a skilled and passionate Artisan Baker to join a growing and dynamic bakery team in the Lincoln area. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a business known for producing high-quality artisan baked goods, supplying both its own retail outlets and top local restaurants.

The role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-focused, and passionate about artisan baking, with the opportunity to contribute ideas and grow within an expanding business.

  • Follow established recipes while maintaining high quality and consistency
  • Ensure all work areas meet food safety and hygiene standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bakery and equipment
  • Assist in training junior team members where required
  • Carry out quality checks on finished products
  • Work efficiently within a fast-paced night shift environment

Proven experience as an Artisan Baker is required, along with a good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. The ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines, high attention to detail and quality, and a flexible approach to working hours are essential.

Full-Time: Monday night to Saturday morning (22:00 starts)

Part-Time: Monday night into Tuesday morning, Thursday night into Friday morning, Friday night into Saturday morning. Minimum 2 shifts per week required.
