Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of artisan breads and baked goods
- Follow established recipes while maintaining high quality and consistency
- Ensure all work areas meet food safety and hygiene standards
- Support development of new products and recipe improvements
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bakery and equipment
- Assist in training junior team members where required
- Carry out quality checks on finished products
- Work efficiently within a fast-paced night shift environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Artisan Baker
- Strong knowledge of dough preparation, shaping, and proving techniques
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

Working Hours
- Full-Time: Monday night to Saturday morning (22:00 starts)
- Part-Time: Monday night into Tuesday morning, Thursday night into Friday morning, Friday night into Saturday morning
- Minimum 2 shifts per week required
