Using advanced pulp fibre moulding equipment and innovative after-pressing technology, we produce high-quality, sustainable packaging solutions for a wide range of industries.
As a Production Line Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the production line, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health and safety requirements are consistently achieved.

The Role of Production Line Leader
Lead, motivate, and support a team of production operatives.
Monitor production line performance to maximise efficiency and output.
Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Assist with machine operation and production processes where required.
Identify and report production issues, escalating concerns when necessary.
Support the training and development of new and existing team members.
Complete production records and relevant documentation accurately.
Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production setting.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable, flexible, and proactive approach to work.
Previous experience as a Line Leader, Team Leader, or Senior Production Operative.
It would be an added bonus if you had any of the following
Experience within the packaging, FMCG, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
A valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence.
Knowledge of production processes and continuous improvement practices.
