As a Production Line Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the production line, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health and safety requirements are consistently achieved. The Role of Production Line Leader:
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of production operatives.
- Monitor production line performance to maximise efficiency and output.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Assist with machine operation and production processes where required.
