Cabinet Maker
for a friendly bespoke joinery workshop in Ossett. You'll make high-quality furniture and joinery for commercial and domestic customers, taking varied projects from drawings through to the finished piece. What you'll do Make bespoke cabinets, furniture and other joinery to a high standard Read drawings and specifications and work accurately to them Produce laminated pieces using hand tools and workshop machinery Manage your work independently while contributing to a small workshop team Check the quality and finish of each piece What we're looking for At least
five years' bench joinery experience Cabinet-making, furniture-making or bespoke joinery skills Experience using workshop machinery and producing laminated work Your own hand tools The ability to work unsupervised and take pride in the finished product A full driving licence and a reliable way to get to Ossett Experience with curved work, fitting or preparing cutting lists would be an advantage. You'll need safety boots, goggles and ear defenders for the workshop. This is an opportunity to work on one-off projects with a close-knit team, with the potential to move into a permanent position.
