We are looking for a Recruiter in the Glasgow, Scotland area to work remotely while supporting our sales team. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our temporary workforce, managing the daily staffing requirements. You will need to recruit and register candidates efficiently and professionally, completing the paperwork and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining recruitment levels required to meet daily order requirements
- Working closely with the service team to ensure orders and transport plans are accurately created
- Scheduling rotas for temporary workers (shift times, locations, PPE requirements, etc.)
- Providing guidance and ongoing support to temporary workers
- Carrying out onsite duties at customer locations, including:
- Resolving customer issues
- Confirming workers are present and on shift
- Managing other onsite requirements as needed
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous experience in a recruitment role (preferred)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple priorities
