We are currently recruiting
reliable and hardworking Pumpkin Picking Operatives
to join our team at a busy agricultural site in the
PL16 0DH area . This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for
part-time seasonal work , with the potential to increase to
full-time hours during September and October , when the pumpkin picking season reaches its busiest period. Key Responsibilities
Picking pumpkins carefully and efficiently Sorting and handling pumpkins according to site requirements Loading and moving pumpkins and other materials when required Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets Following instructions and health and safety procedures Maintaining a clean and organised working area Carrying out other general farm duties as required Working Hours
08:00–17:00 2 × 30-minute breaks during the working day Part-time work initially available Potential for full-time work throughout September and October , subject to workload and availability About You
We are looking for candidates who are: Reliable and punctual Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors Hardworking and able to work at a good pace Comfortable carrying out repetitive manual tasks Able to follow instructions and work well as part of a team Flexible and available during the busy seasonal period Previous agricultural or picking experience is advantageous but not essential , as full training and guidance will be provided.
