Location: Elstree, Hertfordshire WD6

Salary: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour (£26,000 per annum, depending on experience)

Hours: 32 hours per week

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
  • Friday: 8:30am - 3:00pm

Contract: Permanent

About the Company:

We specialise in the supply, manufacture, repair and assembly of winches, lifting equipment and materials handling products. Serving customers across sectors including emergency services, utilities, vehicle recovery, manufacturing and the Ministry of Defence, the company has built an outstanding reputation for quality, technical expertise and customer service.

The Role:

This is a split role combining electrical assembly with warehouse responsibilities. Working alongside an experienced Electrical Wireman and the Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in supporting production, quality and customer deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Duties:
  • Carry out electrical wiring and assembly work.
  • Assemble electrical components to specification.
  • Test completed assemblies to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
Warehouse Duties:
  • Receive, unload and book in deliveries.
  • Store stock accurately within the warehouse.
  • Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
  • Assemble products prior to dispatch where required.
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.

About You:

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Practical, hands-on and mechanically minded.

  • Reliable with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
