The Role
This isn’t a one-dimensional labouring role. You’ll be hands-on across a variety of projects, getting involved in everything from groundworks to structural works and general site duties. No two days are the same and that’s exactly how we like it. If you’re someone who takes pride in your work, can turn your hand to multiple trades, and just gets stuck in you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Getting involved across a range of construction tasks: groundworks, structural work, and general building
- Supporting site setup, keeping things organised and running smoothly
- Working closely with experienced trades to keep projects moving and on track
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety at all times
- Representing the business professionally when dealing with clients on-site
What We’re Looking For
- Experience across multiple trades (this is key)
- A strong work ethic: someone reliable who just gets the job done
- Ability to work independently and as part of a tight-knit team
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
- Driving licence and flexibility to travel across North & West London
- CSCS card (nice to have, not essential)
