About the Role We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Workshop Valeter & Vehicle Presentation Technician. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of both our workshop facilities and fleet vehicles. Your contribution will be vital in maintaining a safe, professional, and efficient working environment for the entire operations team. Key Responsibilities Vehicle Cleaning & Detailing * Carry out thorough cleaning of vehicle exteriors and interiors * Operate steam-cleaning equipment and maintain cleaning standards * Monitor cleaning supply levels and arrange stock replenishment when required Workshop & Yard Maintenance * Ensure that the workshop and surrounding yard areas are kept clean, safe, and tidy * Dispose of general and hazardous waste in accordance with company policies and procedures Health & Safety Compliance * Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including the use of appropriate PPE * Promptly report any incidents, near misses, or hazards to the Workshop Supervisor Quality & Environmental Standards (ISO) * Comply with internal company procedures and ISO accreditation standards, including ISO14001 * Support proper waste segregation and recycling efforts in line with environmental regulations What We\’re Looking For Essential Skills & Experience: * Prior experience in workshop or vehicle cleaning roles (preferred) * Basic understanding of workshop operations and safety practices * UK driving licence (required) Personal Attributes: * Reliable team player with a strong work ethic * Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive mindset * Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment * Flexible and willing to adapt to operational needs Why join us? * Competitive salary and package which includes a health cash plan, pension contributions, and other employee benefits that show we value your well-being. * Join a respected and growing company with a strong reputation in the aviation sector and long-term career opportunities. * We support our people with training and on-the-job learning, giving you the tools to succeed and grow. * We take pride in fostering a clean, safe, and well-organised workplace
