We are currently recruiting an Assembly Operative to join a well-established team based in Wallsend. This is a day-shift role offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work on high-quality steel structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Final assembly of steel structures to specification
  • Supporting the production team with general workshop duties
  • Maintaining high housekeeping standards across the workshop
  • Removing and disposing of packaging materials from the building
  • Tidying and Cleaning SIP units on site
  • Ensuring a safe, clean, and organised working environment at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in assembly is essential
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Willingness to assist with general duties as required
