We are working with our client who are an established service provider to the onshore and offshore industry which also includes Nuclear and MOD application. We are assisting in their search for a technical engineer/assistant. It will be your primary function to bridge the gap from the sales team and work within the technical team communicating with customers and problem solving to help ensure customer satisfaction and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, manage, and file technical documentation
  • Create and issue quotations and technical procedures
  • Provide customer service and technical support to clients
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
  • Liaise directly with clients and internal departments
  • Answer phones, compose professional emails, and print/send documents
  • Support cross-functional collaboration across the business
  • Perform other administrative or technical duties as required

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Experience with AutoCAD or equivalent (solid works desirable)
