Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Stores Person to join our clients warehouse operation in Wallsend. This is a day shift role offering stable hours and a competitive hourly rate. The successful candidate will have experience working in large warehouse environments and be comfortable using modern IT systems to support warehousing operations.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out a range of warehouse, stores duties and stock control
*
Use warehouse management systems (WMS), handheld scanners, and IT systems to maintain accurate stock records
*
Support warehouse improvement and efficiency projects
*
Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working environment
*
Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily operational targets
Candidate Requirements
*
Proven warehousing experience, preferably within large warehouse environments
*
Experience working in multiple warehouse roles
*
Knowledge of modern warehouse IT systems (WMS, scanners, computer-based stock systems)
*
Previous involvement in warehouse projects or continuous improvement initiatives
*
Good IT skills or a strong enthusiasm and willingness to learn new warehousing technologies
