Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organised Document Controller / Site Administrator to support a major construction project. This is a varied, fast-paced role combining document control, site administration, coordination, and basic Health & Safety support. You will also assist with tracking key site data such as fuel and water usage.
Document Control & Admin
- Manage and maintain all site documentation
- Upload, organise, and track delivery notes & subcontractor records
- Maintain accurate filing systems & version control
- Use Excel, Word, Outlook & digital site systems
Coordination & Data
- Chase missing information from subcontractors & suppliers
- Keep site records, logs, and reports fully up to date
- Support reporting
Health & Safety Support
- Occasionally assist with basic site inductions
- Support H&S admin and compliance records
- Help use systems such as Biosite (inductions/access control)
General Administration
- Order PPE, stationery, and office supplies
- Support site management team with daily admin tasks
- Act as a key communication link between site teams & suppliers
Skills & Experience
- Previous admin / document control experience (construction preferred)
- Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Confident communicator who can chase information professionally
- Comfortable working independently on a busy site
