Key Responsibilities: * Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and qualify new business opportunities across diverse industries. * Customer Engagement – Reach out to potential and existing clients via phone, email, and social media to build strong relationships. * Tailored Solutions – Understand client needs, propose customised solutions, and prepare compelling quotations. * Sales Pipeline Management – Track and manage all opportunities effectively to ensure seamless follow-ups. * Collaboration & Reporting – Provide detailed call reports to the Sales Manager for analysis and strategic planning. * Customer Retention – Maintain long-term client relationships and coordinate field visits with the external sales team. * Cross-Department Liaison – Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction. * Maximise Opportunities – Follow the sales process to optimise revenue and business growth. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar role. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * A proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships. * Ability to work independently while being a great team player. * Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. * Experience using CRM systems is a plus.
