Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and oversee budgets, forecasts, and cost plans. * Conduct cost value reconciliation and financial reporting. * Administer contracts, including managing variations and claims. * Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure optimal value. * Collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders for seamless project delivery. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
