Key Responsibilities: As a Project Manager you will need: * Lead and manage project teams, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of all projects. * Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocations. * Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges. * Administer contracts effectively, managing variations and claims to optimize project outcomes. * Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project delivery. * Monitor project progress, providing regular updates and reports to senior management. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: * Experience in project management within the construction or civil engineering sector. * Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and construction processes. * Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. * A full UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK.
