We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Production Manager to oversee the fabrication and welding operations within our client’s company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring production efficiency, quality control, and the timely delivery of projects while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and company targets.
- Supervise fabrication and welding teams, ensuring optimal workforce utilization and performance.
- Implement and maintain production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and industry regulations.
- Monitor and improve productivity, reducing downtime and waste while maximizing efficiency.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, promoting a culture of safety in the workplace.
- Liaise with other departments including procurement, sales, and design to align production with business objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate with procurement to avoid shortages.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production workflows.
