Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting – Identify and qualify new business opportunities across diverse industries.

  • Tailored Solutions – Understand client needs, propose customised solutions, and prepare compelling quotations.
  • Sales Pipeline Management – Track and manage all opportunities effectively to ensure seamless follow-ups.
  • Collaboration & Reporting – Provide detailed call reports to the Sales Manager for analysis and strategic planning.
  • Customer Retention – Maintain long-term client relationships and coordinate field visits with the external sales team.
  • Cross-Department Liaison – Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
  • Maximise Opportunities – Follow the sales process to optimise revenue and business growth.
