We’re partnering with a leading service and facilities provider in the Energy and Oil & Gas sectors to recruit a leader who can drive operational excellence, coordinate high-impact projects, and support a dynamic, ambitious team. In this role, you will be the key link between our operational teams and clients, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You’ll have the autonomy to lead initiatives, implement improvements, and make a real difference to the business while developing your leadership career in a supportive environment. What You’ll Do: * Lead projects from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance, quality, and operational standards. * Oversee and coordinate operational teams, supporting departments, supervisors, and field personnel. * Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality. * Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. * Support a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and safety across all operations. * Be part of a flexible management rota supporting operations as required, including out-of-hours and site-based responsibilities. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience in project or operations management, ideally in Energy, Oil & Gas, or industrial services. * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. * Commercially aware and client-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a collaborative approach. * Knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001 is an advantage. * Comfortable using Microsoft Office; CAD experience is a bonus. * A degree or professional qualification in a relevant field is desirable.
