About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Production Electrician to join our manufacturing team, working on the electrical installation and wiring of Air Handling Units (AHUs). The successful candidate will be responsible for the electrical build and wiring of AHUs, including control panels, lighting, isolators and associated electrical components. You will work from electrical drawings and wiring diagrams to ensure installations are completed safely, accurately and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Wiring and installation of electrical control panels.
- Electrical wiring of Air Handling Units and associated equipment.
- Installation and wiring of lighting systems within AHUs.
- Installation and wiring of electrical isolators and associated components.
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Carrying out cable routing, termination and connection work.
- Testing and fault-finding electrical installations where required.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with relevant electrical regulations.
- Working safely and maintaining good housekeeping within the production environment.
