As the appointed Senior Project Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for project performance, leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring schemes are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll work closely with commercial, design, and operational leads to drive programme certainty, manage risk, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of major construction projects from pre-construction through to handover
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
- Drive programme performance, sequencing, and risk management
- Oversee commercial reporting, cost control, and change management
- Maintain strong client relationships and represent the contractor at progress meetings
- Ensure all works comply with health and safety, quality, and regulatory standards
