The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll work closely with our recruitment consultants to source, attract, and qualify candidates for a range of temporary vacancies.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to build a long-term career in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using job boards, Linked In, referrals, and social media.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Write and advertise job vacancies across multiple platforms.
  • Arrange candidate interviews and manage interview schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records within the CRM
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support recruitment consultants with candidate shortlists and market research.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience from initial contact through to placement.

About You

We're looking for someone who is

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • A confident communicator with strong telephone skills.
  • Self‑motivated and eager to learn.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
  • Professional, positive, and resilient.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and online recruitment tools.
  • Previous recruitment, sales, customer service, or administration experience is beneficial but not essential.
