I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client, a well-established construction business, who are looking to appoint an experienced Office Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator to join a successful business where you will play an important role in supporting the smooth running of the office and wider operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support, maintaining accurate records, coordinating information, and ensuring the office continues to operate efficiently. This role would suit someone who enjoys a varied position, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing general office administration and supporting the daily running of the office
- Maintaining accurate records, documentation, and filing systems
- Supporting internal teams with administrative requirements

- Previous experience within an Office Administrator, Administrator, or similar role
- Experience within construction, building services, engineering, facilities management, or a similar sector would be highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills with a professional approach
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- The ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
