Electrical Project / Contracts Manager
Location: Seaham, County Durham / Nationwide Travel
Salary: £60,000 - 65,000 per annum + package

The role
- Managing multiple projects from commencement through to completion
- Attending client and site meetings
- Managing site issues and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Monitoring project costs and ensuring work is delivered within budget
- Preparing and negotiating variations and final accounts
- Coordinating with the estimating team and reviewing project estimates
- Planning labour, materials and resources across multiple projects
- Liaising with clients, site teams and subcontractors
- Supporting existing client relationships and identifying opportunities for new work
- Ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timescales and financial constraints
About you
- A recognised electrical qualification / time-served electrician background
- Strong electrical knowledge and technical understanding
- Previous experience in electrical project or contracts management
- Experience working within retail, commercial or industrial environments
- Good commercial and financial awareness
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Good IT skills
- The ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- A flexible approach to working hours and travel
- The willingness to travel nationwide as required
This is a hands‑on management position suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects, working closely with clients and site teams, and playing a key role in the continued growth of the business
