We are currently seeking an experienced Fire Suppression Installation Team Leader / Supervisor to oversee a team of installation technicians working on a long-term project based in Norwich. The project is scheduled to run until 2027, with further nationwide opportunities available upon completion. You will be responsible for supervising on-site installation works, ensuring compliance with fire suppression standards and guidelines, and maintaining high-quality, safe, and efficient delivery across all installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of fire suppression installation technicians on site
  • Ensure all works are carried out in line with relevant fire suppression guidelines, standards, and regulations
  • Coordinate daily site activities, materials, and labour allocation
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure installations meet specification and compliance requirements
  • Interpret technical drawings, RAMS, and installation plans
  • Liaise with project managers, contractors, and site supervisors
  • Maintain strong health and safety practices on site
