Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in renewable energy and commercial Solar PV installations? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing and innovative renewable energy business delivering projects across the UK.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of renewable energy projects from initial planning through to successful completion. You will be responsible for coordinating teams, managing budgets and schedules, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver renewable energy projects nationwide
- Manage project budgets, schedules, resources, and logistics
- Oversee subcontractors and monitor performance
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain effective communication
- Track project progress and resolve issues proactively
- Ensure all projects meet client requirements and regulatory standards
About You
- Proven experience in Project Management, including budget control and team coordination
- Strong organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing project deliverables and meeting deadlines
- Knowledge of site inspections, quality assurance, and health & safety compliance
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification (essential)
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across the UK
- CSCS Card and/or SMSTS/SSSTS certification (desirable)
- Commercial and retrofit Solar PV installation experience (essential)
