We are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our growing team. Ideally, you will have experience operating a horizontal boring machine, but full training can be provided for the right candidate with strong CNC machining experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator
- Experience with horizontal boring machines highly desirable
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Good understanding of machining processes and tooling
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Comfortable working a rotating shift pattern
Pay & Shift Pattern
Basic Pay: £14.22 per hour. Shift uplifts apply as follows:
- Earlies: ×1.17 (£16.63)
- Lates: ×1.25 (£17.78)
- Nights: ×1.33 (£18.91)
Rotating 3-Week Shift Cycle:
- Week 1 – Days: Wed, Thurs, Fri – 07:00–19:00
- Week 2 – Nights: Mon, Tues, Wed – 19:00–07:00
- Week 3 – Mixed:
- Days: Mon & Tues – 07:00–19:00
- Nights: Thurs & Fri – 19:00–07:00
