Our client, a leading provider of facilities and services to the global Oil & Gas and Energy sector, is seeking a HSE & Quality Coordinator to play a key role in their operations. What You’ll Be Doing * Coordinate HSE, Quality, and Port Security requirements across multiple sites. * Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, company standards, and industry best practice. * Support continuous improvement by developing systems, auditing processes, and analysing trends. * Take a leading role in investigations, corrective actions, and risk management. * Work closely with the senior leadership team to achieve business goals. * Maintain strong relationships with staff, stakeholders, and clients to ensure safe, compliant, and positive operations. * Provide training support and contribute to the company’s ongoing development of people, policies, and procedures. What We’re Looking For * Passion for QHSE and a strong understanding of its importance in industry. * Experience in HSE, Quality, and compliance * Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. * Ability to manage systems, drive standards, and ensure compliance. * A proactive, flexible, and problem-solving mindset. * Relevant HSE/Quality qualifications (advantageous). * Confident with Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
