Site Manager – 3 weeks 📍 Location: Houghton-le-Spring 🗓 Start Date: 9th September 2026 Our client is a well-established Retail and Commercial Contractor delivering projects across the UK with values of up to £15 million. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee M&E refurbishment works on an NHS Project based in Houghton-le-spring, Durham. This role requires a proactive and organised individual with strong leadership skills who can effectively manage site operations, subcontractors, and health & safety compliance to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
