We are seeking an experienced Site Installation Operative to join our client based in Jarrow. As a Site Installation Operative, you will be assisting with the installation of canopies, outdoor buildings, and other similar structures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of structures and buildings on-site
- Carry out manual labour and heavy lifting as required
- Ensure site safety procedures are followed at all times
- Keep work areas clean and tidy
- Work away from home some weeks as required by the job
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid CSCS card
- Experience in a similar role in the construction or installation industry
- Valid UK driving license
- Good physical fitness and strength
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
- Good communication skills
Salary and Benefits:
- Hourly rate of £13.17 plus a working away supplement of £2.00 per hour
- All transport and digs paid for by the client
- Sustenance payment for food and drink £25.00 per day
