Project Duration: Immediate Start – 2027
Our client, a well-respected regional New Build Contractor, is renowned for delivering high-quality new build housing, refurbishment, and maintenance projects, with a strong focus on social housing and extra care developments. They are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a major new project in Bridlington. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a large-scale, long-term development, with work commencing immediately.
Key Responsibilities:- Commercial lead across 2 separate schemes
- Ensuring cost control, financial reporting & valuing payments
- Managing subcontractor accounts
- Liaising with stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and relevant regulations
- Proven experience in new build social housing projects
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Valid CSCS card
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
