We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Group Compliance Manager to join their team. This is a key group-level role responsible for overseeing and monitoring compliance across multiple operating companies, ensuring that Quality, Environmental, Management and Safety Systems (QEMS) are consistently implemented, maintained, and continuously improved across live operational environments. The successful candidate will work closely with operational leaders, project teams, and system stakeholders to ensure that company procedures, ISO standards, and digital systems are effectively embedded and adhered to across the business. This is a varied and hands-on role with a strong focus on governance, audit support, process improvement, training, and system compliance within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure QEMS compliance across multiple operating companies
- Support internal teams in embedding effective operational processes
- Deliver training on quality and compliance procedures
- Support internal and external ISO audits
- Promote and support use of digital systems (e.g. Field View / Viewpoint)
- Assist with development of digital forms and templates
- Support materials, plant, and goods receipting compliance processes
- Act as mentor within internal training programmes
