CDM Recruitment is recruiting an Outbound Sales Executive to join a busy Business Development team on a permanent basis. This is a telephone-led new business role focused on identifying opportunities, winning new accounts and re-engaging lapsed customers. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify prospective customers across a broad range of industries. Make proactive outbound contact by telephone, email and social media. Win new accounts and re-engage lapsed customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with a varied customer base. Maximise new business opportunities while maintaining high standards of customer care. Maintain accurate customer and sales information. What We're Looking For A confident and professional telephone manner. Previous outbound sales, telesales, call-centre or customer service experience would be advantageous. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good attention to detail and time management. Self-motivation, resilience and a willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Cable/electrical sector experience is advantageous but not essential. Package & Benefits This is a full-time, office-based position. Hybrid and remote working are not offered. Quarterly bonus linked to new accounts won and lapsed customers successfully converted back to active clients.
