Location: Sunderland Pay Rate: Β£14.64 per hour + Β£20 per night shift allowance Hours: Monday – Thursday, 9pm start, 10-hour shifts We are currently recruiting on behalf of an excavator bucket manufacturer who are looking to add skilled Platers/Fabricators to their night shift team. The Role * Fabricating and plating heavy steel plate for excavator buckets. * Working from engineering drawings to assemble and tack components. * Using a variety of fabrication techniques including cutting, grinding and marking out. * Ensuring high-quality standards are maintained throughout production. What We’re Looking For * Time-served plater/fabricator with heavy industry experience. * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. * Competent with fabrication hand tools and machinery. * Reliable, hardworking and able to work nights on a permanent basis.
