About the Role Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Electrical Facilities Technician to join their team. This role is responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical systems within the facility, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance, including systems such as lighting, lifts, HVAC, and power distribution. Key Responsibilities * Carry out electrical maintenance, inspections, and repairs on facility infrastructure, including lighting, lifts, power distribution, and wiring etc * Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facility. * Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimize downtime and improve reliability. * Ensure all electrical systems comply with current regulations and health & safety standards. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and electrical inspections. Requirements * Qualified electrician with relevant certifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations). * Proven experience in electrical facilities maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
