We’re excited to be recruiting for a Credit Risk Coordinator to join our finance function in Middlesbrough. This newly created role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced credit control or credit risk professional looking to shape a position from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Conducting credit assessments for new and existing accounts
  • Tracking customer payment behavior to identify early signs of financial risk
  • Working closely with sales and commercial teams to assess client creditworthiness
  • Producing risk reports and recommending actions to reduce exposure
  • Reviewing and adjusting credit limits and payment terms based on performance
  • Supporting ad hoc credit control activity when required
  • Ensuring all credit processes align with company policies and regulatory guidelines
