Our client, an established organisation in the energy efficiency sector is seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Contracts Compliance Manager to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of contract governance and compliance across a business committed to operational excellence and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Compliance Director in interpreting and implementing contract requirements
- Oversee contract onboarding through to operational mobilisation
- Track and report on contract performance and obligations
- Manage social value initiatives and environmental reporting (SECR, Carbon, EDI)
- Liaise with legal advisors, brokers, and external compliance partners
- Produce regular reports on risk, non-compliance, and mitigation actions
The Ideal Candidate
- Has experience in contract management, compliance, or a legal support role (Quantity Surveyor)
- Is confident interpreting and cascading contractual requirements across teams
- Has strong organisational skills and is deadline-focused
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital platforms
- Holds a degree or equivalent (legal or compliance background desirable but not essential)
