Are you a NACE Level 3 Coatings Inspector who enjoys being on the shop floor, developing people, and driving quality improvements? We are looking for an experienced and proactive coatings professional to become a key part of our team. This is not a role where you’ll spend your day behind a desk. You’ll be at the heart of our blasting and painting operations, working closely with production teams to improve standards, reduce rework, and ensure we consistently deliver high-quality products to our customers.

As our NACE Level 3 Coatings Inspector, you will be responsible for quality inspection activities while also coaching and supporting painters and blasters to achieve right-first-time quality. You will act as a technical authority within the business, helping to drive continuous improvement across our operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conducting coating inspections in line with customer specifications and industry standards.
  • Monitoring blasting and painting activities on the shop floor.
  • Coaching and mentoring painters and blasters to improve quality and consistency.
  • Identifying opportunities to reduce defects, rework, and quality-related issues.
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and Inspection.
