We are working with our client who are an established offshore business based in Newcastle in the search for a Class 1 Driver.

This is a yard based (Shunting job) on a permanent basis with no overnight/ long distance
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company on a permanent basis with plenty of overtime available.
Responsibilities:
* To undertake general local collections and deliveries.
* To communicate with the office to arrange future pick-ups and deliveries.
* To assist with loading and offloading of goods.
* To complete and maintain documentation relating to freight, collections and deliveries.
* To comply with all relevant driving legislation and agreed procedures to ensure a safe and legal work environment.
* To ensure company vehicles are kept clean and in good working order.
* To work in a safe manner; driving positive behaviour and leading by example with regard to the company’s health, safety and environmental policies.
* To carry out any other duties not listed above as may reasonably be expected. xiskglj
The Person:
* FLT License advantageous
* Driving license entitlement of Class 1
* Valid digital tachograph and up to date CPC card.
