Due to continued growth and expansion, our client is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Advisor to join their successful team based in Middlesbrough. As a vital member of the Business Development team, your role will focus on lead generation and market research, helping to uncover new business opportunities and support outbound sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate leads through CRM systems, software tools, and social media platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities.
- Monitor upcoming projects and relevant industry activity.
- Collaborate with Outbound Sales Executives and Area Sales Managers.
- Compile and present reports for senior management.
- Maintain strong internal communication across departments.
- Keep accurate records within the in-house CRM system.
