As a vital member of the Business Development team, your role will focus on lead generation and market research, helping to uncover new business opportunities and support outbound sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads through CRM systems, software tools, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities.
  • Monitor upcoming projects and relevant industry activity.
  • Collaborate with Outbound Sales Executives and Area Sales Managers.
  • Compile and present reports for senior management.
  • Maintain strong internal communication across departments.
  • Keep accurate records within the in-house CRM system.
