CDM Recruitment are currently working with a well-established engineering manufacturer who are looking to add an experienced Fabricator Welder to their growing workforce. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity to join a busy and supportive workshop environment producing bespoke engineered products and machinery. The Role

  • Fabrication and welding from patented engineering drawings
  • Working on bespoke and small-batch production work
  • Involvement in assembly and manufacturing processes
  • Working independently and within a small, skilled team

Experience Required

  • MIG welding
  • Fabrication of mild and stainless steel
  • Experience working with a range of material thicknesses
  • Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
  • Experience with structural and heavy-duty fabrication advantageous
  • Working on complex, multi-stage fabrications
