This is a key role at the heart of the business, supporting senior management and ensuring the day-to-day running of the office is efficient, organised, and professional.

The Role

This is a hands-on Office Manager position where you’ll take real ownership of how the office functions. You’ll be trusted to manage priorities, support leaders, and act as the go-to person for keeping things on track.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ownership of the day-to-day running of the office, facilities, and general administration
  • Supporting senior management with diary management, meetings, and travel
  • Managing document control, correspondence, and office records
  • Assisting with HR administration including onboarding and maintaining employee records
  • Working with finance on office costs and expenses
  • Ensuring health & safety requirements and internal policies are followed
  • Managing relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
