Due to continued growth, CDM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a driven and professional Recruitment Consultant to join our team at our Hebburn office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop a successful career within recruitment, supported by an experienced and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the full recruitment process from initial client brief through to successful placement
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates
  • Advertising vacancies across appropriate platforms and proactively sourcing talent
  • Matching candidates to roles based on skills, experience, and client requirements
  • Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process
  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures and relevant legislation
  • Working towards agreed performance targets and contributing to overall business growth
Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a customer-focused role is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
