FLT Driver – Counterbalance & Reach
Location: Peterlee
Pay Rate: £16.66 per hour PAYE
Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Start Date: Beginning of November
Duration: Approximately 3 months
We are currently looking for an experienced FLT Driver for work in Peterlee, starting at the beginning of November, on a temporary assignment of approximately 3 months.
Essential Requirements
You must hold valid FLT certificates for:
- Counterbalance FLT – up to 5 tonnes
- Reach FLT – up to 2 tonnes
You must have the appropriate certification to operate FLTs at these capacities.
The Role
- Operating counterbalance FLTs up to 5 tonnes
- Operating reach FLTs up to 2 tonnes
- Loading, unloading and moving materials safely around the site
- Following all health & safety procedures and site requirements
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds valid certificates for both Counterbalance up to 5 tonnes and Reach up to 2 tonnes
- Has proven experience operating both types of FLT
- Is reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
- Has good communication and teamwork skills
- Can commit to the full assignment
