Mechanical Site Manager in Leeds

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Mechanical contractor who is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor / Site Manager to join their team in Leeds This is a permanent role working on a range of projects including office development,Commercial & Education, They are offering strong continuity of work and the opportunity to be part of a well-established and growing contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial and education projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• * Supervise mechanical installation works on a live construction site
• * Work closely with the wider project management team to ensure successful delivery
• * Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and site teams
• * Interpret mechanical drawings and assist with coordination
• * Support pre-construction and design input where required
• * Assist with site H&S compliance and documentation
• * Oversee and mentor site teams, including apprentices

Requirements:

• * Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Site Manager within M&E
• * Strong site-based supervisory background on commercial projects
• * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• * Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively
• * SSSTS or SMSTS certification (essential)
• * Organised, reliable, and strong attention to detail
