The Role
Due to continued growth, CDM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a driven and professional Recruitment Consultant to join our team at our Hebburn office. Key Responsibilities
- Managing the full recruitment process from initial client brief through to successful placement
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates

- Matching candidates to roles based on skills, experience, and client requirements
- Negotiating offers and managing the onboarding process
