Role Overview: As a Building Services Manager, you will oversee the coordination, management, and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems on various construction projects in the North East. You will ensure that all building services are delivered to the highest quality standards, meet project deadlines, and stay within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management of MEP services across multiple construction projects
- Collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure service designs meet specifications and project goals
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of building services, ensuring compliance with safety and industry regulations

- Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Degree or HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred
